This week we celebrated anti-bullying week. In our PSHE lessons we learnt about what bullying is and discussed having respect for others and the need to be kind.

On Friday afternoon we had our termly Wellbeing Afternoon. All the children participated in different activities to learn a range of skills to manage our emotions and calm our bodies and minds. Our Infant House children participated in a guided yoga session to help boost body awareness and enhance their concentration skills. They learned a lot about connecting their breathing with their bodies! Some children in Junior House practised being mindful and discussed the idea of staying in the present moment and focusing on what is happening now whilst other children created ‘kindness cards’ that could be given to children who need them.
