Year 2 visit Kew Gardens

Year 2 enjoyed a wonderful day at Kew Gardens. They started off by exploring the Marianne North Gallery. Marianne North was a Victorian biologist and botanical artist. The children enjoyed completing a quiz about her plant and landscape paintings. After that, they used their observational skills to draw some of the amazing plants in the Temperate House and to learn about their natural environment.
