Our fees include:

  • All books and equipment
  • Specialist teachers for music, PE, French, ICT and Art
  • Forest school lessons for Reception and Nursery
  • Swimming lessons
  • Weekly dance lessons
  • All day trips
  • Visiting speakers and specialist workshops
  • Teaching Assistants in every year group
  • SEN support as required
  • Bespoke, high quality 11+ preparation and all materials
  • Optional extended day for Year 6 in preparation for 11+ exams

A hot lunch is optional and can be provided by our catering company, Lunch Munch 4 Kidz. However, children are welcome to bring packed lunches if they wish.

Ways to pay

Termly fees are payable by the first day of term, preferably by BACs transfer. We also offer the ability to spread the fees monthly via our association with School Fees Plan. For any questions on ways to pay, please contact the bursary by emailing bursar@kewcollegeprep.com.

Early Years Funding

We are registered to accept Early Years Funding, which is available for Nursery and Reception children up to the age of 5. This provides 15 hours free universal funding. Up to 30 hours funding is available and subject to parents providing an eligibility code from HMRC.

Childcare Vouchers & Tax-Free Childcare

We accept childcare vouchers or payments via Tax-Free childcare for:

  • Nursery and Reception fees for children up to the term when they turn 5
  • Clubs run by Kew College Prep staff

Wraparound care can also be paid for using childcare vouchers (booked directly with our provider, Engage Community)

Bursaries

Kew College Prep offers means-tested bursaries to a number of children applying for entry in Years 3 and 4, allowing us to offer children an outstanding school experience regardless of their financial background.
